- Park away from power lines and crosswalks.

- Put the car on the parking brake.

- If a power line falls on your car, stay inside until rescuers arrive.

- After the shaking, watch for obstacles such as breaks in the road, fallen poles, wires and collapsed bridges.

👉🏻On the seashore:

- If strong tremors continue for more than 20 seconds, evacuate immediately to higher ground, as a tsunami is possible.

- Go 3 km inland or climb to a height of at least 30 m.

- Walk to avoid traffic jams

👉🏻What to do after an earthquake?

- Check yourself and others for injuries,

treat wounds.

- Wear sturdy shoes and gloves

to protect against shrapnel.

- Do not use fire or electrical appliances until you are sure there are no gas leaks.

- Tell your family that you are okay, preferably by text.

- If your home is damaged and unsafe,

leave it carefully.

👉🏻If you are under rubble:

- Cover your mouth and nose with clothing, press on wounds, if any.

- Rescuers will search by sounds.

🔸 One in five children (466 million) live in areas that experience at least twice as many extremely hot days each year compared to their grandparents' time, according to a UNICEF analysis. 🔸 Heat stress in the body caused by exposure to extreme heat is a particular threat to children's health.

🔸 Evidence also shows that nervous system development, mental health and general well-being suffer.
